Counseling that fits your busy schedule
Traditional therapy at non-traditional times!
I understand how difficult it can be to fit therapy into your busy day. That’s why I offer late evening and Saturday sessions! We can meet virtually on Fridays from 12pm-9pm or Saturdays either in-person (at my Lacey office) or virtually from 10:30am - 7:00pm.
My Values
I am committed to creating a therapy practice that is inclusive and accessible to all. I offer remote therapy sessions to accommodate individuals who may have limited mobility or other accessibility concerns. Additionally, I welcome individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
I embrace a weight-neutral approach, promoting body acceptance and challenging societal norms around weight and appearance. Driven by my own lived experience with disability and size discrimination, I offer a profound understanding of the intersectionality of identities, guiding individuals towards self-empowerment and personal transformation.
Areas of Focus
My therapeutic practice centers around various areas, including but not limited to:
ADHD and Neurodivergence
Disability and Chronic Illness
Grief and Loss
LGBTQ+ Allyship
Navigating Life Stages
